Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
Report to: Unit Manager of OPD for ATM Operation Support
Deadline: 21-July-2020

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare cash replacement in ATMs public around Phnom Penh and Takhmao branch.
- Do cash count in ATMs public a time in 2 weeks.
- Solve complain sheet of customer related to cash shortage-surplus in ATMs.
- Prepare support document for cash replacement in ATM.
- Monitor and process request suspense letter cash shortage/overage in ATM for manager approval.
- Print report from Smart vista and BI report.
- Do monthly report consolidation cash shortage/overage in ATM.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience related to cash management.
- Knowledge in English language can communication well.
- Be able to use Ms. Word & Excel internet and e-mail.
- Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle and willing to work.
